Laurie and Mike wanted their engagement session to have a “city vibe” yet wanted to stay local.  I found a perfect location, only a mile from my home, the Luhrs Performing Arts Center!
New York City has always been a special place for Laurie and Mike.  As owner of one of my favorite restaurants, the University Grille in Shippensburg, Mike travels into the city on business and often brings Laurie along.  They travel everywhere from Chinatown to Astoria.  Everytime they go, they visit familiar places and try to explore somewhere new.
Laurie & Mike were in New York City for Laurie’s birthday (December 23) and Mike gave her her birthday gift underneath the tree in Rockefeller Center.  It was the watch that she wanted!  He told her to look again and she saw this ring hidden in the box.  She was completely amazed and had no idea it was coming.  She said yes :).
