Meet Brady, Shippensburg University graduate, drummer, guitarist, frat brother— what a treat for me, as a Shippensburg University Photographer.
Why Rhinehart Photography?
I actually met Brady when I was the guest speaker in his photography class at Shippensburg University earlier this Spring!
Brady says, “I chose you because I fell in love with the way you capture a person’s personality when you came to my photography class to present your work.”
I love to get creative with things like perspectives and reflection. I definitely played with those concepts throughout Brady’s Senior Portraits.

From the bell tower in Old Main to the fountain, I made sure to feature the Shippensburg University icons! As a professional photographer, I spend a ton of time on the road and in places like DC, NYC, and beyond, so it was so nice to have a shoot practically in my backyard– so close I could have walked!
Brady shares, “I chose Old Main as one of the photo locations because everybody goes there to take graduation photos, and it wouldn’t be complete if I didn’t do a fountain picture. It is also the prettiest spot on campus in my opinion!”
Shippensburg University Fraternity Life
Brady proudly displayed his frat letters, visited his frat house, and even wore his fraternity tie underneath his graduation garb.
Brady smiles, “I am very outgoing and I am everyone’s hype man. I love music and my brothers in ΚΔΦ. I get along with everyone and I love making memories with organizations I have been in. I rushed ΚΔΦ in the spring of 2021 and have created lifelong friendships and memories. This fraternity has given me confidence that I never knew I had before.”

Brady shares, “When it comes to music, I am still learning guitar but I love playing songs with the chords that I have learned. I have been drumming for about 10 years and plan to do one more year in graduate school.”
Brady mentioned where his apartment complex was and one of my besties and her daughter, my goddaughter, live a few blocks away. I walk in a place with them that is *so beautiful* and unknown. It’s just unused land at the end of the development between the development and apartments. I suggested the location and Brady was totally game.
He continues, “I thought that taking photos behind my apartment complex was a perfect location because it was a gorgeous spot to see the sunset while relaxing and playing my guitar. I will go on more walks there now that I know about it!”

Brady says, “I went to the football stadium at least 5 days a week for band practice and performances, it was a large part of my college experience and I felt that taking photos with my instrument would be a perfect way to get a glimpse of what I did throughout college.”
Guess this Location…
Anyone who has attended Shippensburg University (like me) knows this place. It’s not going to appear in the bookstore with the other logoed apparel but it stands out just the same. Can you identify it just from just the background of this one photo?
Brady laughs, “Wibs was where my friends and I went to party and make the best memories! Also, every graduating senior takes photos at Wibs!!☺️”
Brady concludes, “I had a great time shooting with you! It was so fun and I feel that we covered everything that I hopoed to do!”
