Meet Juli, podcaster & entrepreneur– she is driven, successful, and has an incredible lifestyle. I am thrilled to be a Brand Photographer for Podcasters and have a chance to check out her home, a venue she loves, meet her horse, see her garden, and even pop some champagne on the beach!
Hi, I am Lisa Rhinehart, brand photographer extraordinaire. It’s my job to capture your business and your vibe and set you apart from others in your industry. One day with me equals one year of scroll-stopping social media content!!

ROI of booking Rhinehart Photography
Juli shares, “Booking Lisa felt like coming full circle. Her ability to capture depth, emotion, and authenticity is unmatched. So when I knew it was time for a rebrand, there was no hesitation… she was the only one I trusted with this next chapter.”
“From the start, the process felt thoughtful and easy. Lisa brought clarity to what had felt scattered in my brand. She helped me map out a story that honored my business growth, my podcast, and the personal elements that ground me. What stood out most was how seen I felt. She captured every layer of who I am. She didn’t just take photos, she told the story I hadn’t yet put into words.”
She continues, “The return on investment was immediate. These photos became the foundation for launching my new consulting arm, Elevate MarTech Solutions. They’ve elevated how my brand is perceived, helped me attract the right clients, and given me the confidence to step more fully into this next level of my business. It wasn’t just a shoot. It was a transformation.”

Brand Photographer for Podcasters: Aesthetics
Juli says, “The creative process with Lisa felt intentional from the very beginning. I came in with different parts of my world that didn’t quite feel connected. Lisa helped me see how to bring it all together in a way that felt natural, elevated, and true to where I am now in life and business.”
“She guided me through what to wear and how to tie it all into a cohesive look that aligned with my brand. We didn’t just pick outfits or locations at random. Every decision had purpose behind it. From the wrap-around porch and the waterfront to my horse and my garden, each location brought out a different piece of who I am. We struck the balance between structured and organic. Everything felt polished but never forced.”
She adds, “What stood out most was how much Lisa was able to pull out visually. The softness, the strength, the quiet moments, and the power behind the brand. She helped me see my business in a new way and brought a level of clarity and confidence I didn’t know I needed.”

Juli’s Podcasting Brand
Juli explains, “The Seven Figure Builder Show started from the real, behind-the-scenes conversations I was already having with entrepreneurs. These were honest, strategic talks about what it really takes to build and scale without burning out. I knew more people needed access to those insights, so I created a space where they could tune in and walk away with something real they could use.”
She adds, “What makes it even more powerful now is the visual story behind it. Lisa’s photos brought the podcast to life in a whole new way. They gave my audience a way to connect not just with the content, but with the heart behind it. The imagery elevated the brand and helped me step fully into this next chapter. The podcast is now ranked in the top 10 percent globally, and Lisa’s work has played a big role in that growth. Her photos gave me the confidence and presence to reach more people and share the stories of brilliant business owners around the world.”
Building my business owners’ confidence is one of my favorite parts of my job. I see the best in them, and capture it visually, so they can see and share it too!

Kent Island Resort
Juli explains, “I chose Kent Island Resort for our photoshoot because it represents both who I am and where I’m headed. Living on the Eastern Shore, I’ve always felt connected to the water. It’s where I go to think clearly, dream bigger, and reconnect with what matters most. Kent Island is one of my favorite places, not just because of its beauty, but because of the vision I have tied to it.”
“This location isn’t just a backdrop. It’s a part of my future. I’ve been in early planning with the resort to host conferences and events there, with the goal of filling their largest room with powerful conversations and transformative experiences for my clients. When I imagined what that would look like, this space kept coming to mind.”
She continues, “It felt important to shoot there because it allowed me to step fully into that next chapter. The setting, the feel of the place, the connection I already have with the team, it all just made sense. Being on-site made the vision tangible. It was more than a beautiful location. It was a way to ground my brand in the future I’m actively building.”

Juli’s Elevate MarTech Solutions
Juli shares, “Elevate MarTech Solutions came from finally seeing my business with clear eyes. I had been doing this work quietly behind the scenes—building systems, optimizing HighLevel, and helping businesses scale with clean strategy and smart tech. But until I worked with Lisa, I hadn’t fully stepped into what this next version of my brand could be.”
“Lisa’s photos helped me stop hiding behind the brand and start owning it. I saw how each piece of my story fit into something more powerful. Her ability to capture not just how I work, but who I am, gave me the confidence to show up fully. I’m not behind the brand anymore. I am the brand, and that shift has allowed me to connect directly with the clients I’ve always wanted to work with.”
“Elevate MarTech Solutions is built for high-growth businesses that are ready to stop duct-taping their backend together and start scaling with real systems. These are brands doing seven and eight figures who are ready to lead, not guess.”
She continues, “This shoot wasn’t just about photos. It brought alignment. It gave me the clarity and confidence to launch a new arm of my business and take it to the clients who need it most.”

Soloentrepreneur lifestyle
Juli says, “Freedom has always been at the heart of why I built this business. Working from home, traveling across the country, making decisions without asking for permission… those things matter to me. But what I didn’t expect was how much being seen in that lifestyle would shift things.”
“Lisa’s photos captured the freedom I’ve worked so hard to create. She didn’t just photograph me at my desk or in a studio. She showed me in my element: on the beach, with my horse, in the spaces that reflect how I live and lead. Seeing those images helped me realize that this lifestyle isn’t just a personal win. It’s part of my brand. It’s what my clients want for themselves, too.”
She adds, “I’m no longer compartmentalizing who I am behind the scenes and what I offer in my business. It’s all connected now. Lisa helped bring that full picture into focus, and it’s opened the door to a whole new level of clarity and alignment.”

Power of Color: leaving red/black for navy/white/gold
Juli explains, “I had been carrying different pieces of my brand from past versions of my business, and visually, none of it felt unified. The red and black I had used before felt too harsh for where I was headed. I wanted something elevated, but I couldn’t quite see what that looked like until I worked with Lisa.”
“Lisa helped me step back and see what was already around me. We talked about moving toward a softer, more refined palette… white, navy, and gold. At first, it felt like a bold shift. But then I looked around my home and realized it was already there. The white furniture, the navy accents, the natural textures, everything aligned.”
She continues, “That color shift did more than make things look pretty. It gave my brand cohesion and a new level of presence. It brought in a softer side that still feels strong and professional. That palette now runs through everything… my site, my brand visuals, my client-facing assets, and it reflects the version of my business I’m proud to lead.”

Manic Mondays: Brand Photographer for Podcasters
Juli laughs, “That fast-typing energy is real! It captures exactly how I work, focused, fast-moving, and fully in it. But it also reflects what so many business owners are up against. They’re moving fast, juggling tasks, and trying to build something that feels stable while everything behind the scenes is chaos.”
“What I’ve learned, and what I help my clients do now, is turn that fast-paced momentum into something sustainable. I build the systems that allow that same energy to drive results without burning them out. The typing shots aren’t just about movement. They represent action with clarity. That’s the difference between hustle and growth that actually works.”

Leading others to Find Freedom
Juli shares, “I help people create freedom by helping them feel supported and in control again. A lot of the business owners I work with are doing amazing things, but their day-to-day still feels heavy. Their systems are scattered, their team needs constant direction, and they’re stuck inside the business instead of leading it. It’s frustrating because they’ve already worked so hard to get where they are.”
“My job is to come in, simplify the pieces that feel overwhelming, and build structure that actually supports the life they want. That might mean tightening up their marketing, cleaning up their client experience, or helping their team step into real ownership.”
She continues, “To me, freedom means being able to do work you love without losing yourself in the process. It means making confident decisions, showing up fully, and having time for the things that matter. That’s what I want for my clients. I help them build businesses that don’t just run, but they feel good to run.”

Systematizing and scaling
Juli explains, “What drives me most when it comes to systematizing and scaling is seeing someone finally feel clear, confident, and supported in their business. I’ve seen too many brilliant entrepreneurs doing everything right on the surface, but still feeling stuck or stretched too thin because their business isn’t set up to grow with them.”
“I love being able to come in, look at the whole picture, and help them create structure that feels aligned and sustainable. It’s not about making things rigid. It’s about building something that gives them room to breathe. When systems are built with intention, growth doesn’t feel chaotic, it feels natural.”

Brand Photographer for Podcasters: Peace Within
Juli smiles, “Peace is in the stillness. Living by the water is one of the greatest gifts in my life. I walk down to the beach every day to listen to the waves, soak in the quiet, and reconnect with myself. Whether I’m standing on the dock, walking along the beach, or sitting on my porch, the water grounds me. It’s where I pause, express gratitude for the life I’ve built, and say a prayer for my family. That stillness reminds me to breathe, to lead from a place of calm, and to stay rooted in what matters most.”
“That same sense of connection shows up in another quiet moment, with my horse, Simba. He holds a very special place in my life. I’ve Liberty trained him, so he responds to a simple movement of my hand. There are no ropes, no pressure, just trust, presence, and of course, his love for cookies. Being with him always brings me back to center.”

Showing others the Ropes
Juli explains, “Showing others the ropes in my world means helping people step into clarity and confidence with systems that actually support their growth. Most of the clients I work with are brilliant at what they do, but they’re stuck trying to piece things together behind the scenes. They’re overwhelmed, unsure what to prioritize, and tired of guessing.”
“My job is to step in, simplify what feels complicated, and give them a clear path forward. I don’t just hand over a plan, I walk with them through it.”
She laughs, “This image of me looking over my sunglasses is playful, but it’s also true. I’m here to lead, to invite others into a better way of doing things, and to show them what’s possible when they stop trying to do it all alone.”

A story about her grandma
Juli smiles, “For this shoot, I wore a necklace that means everything to me. It belonged to my grandmother and holds a story that’s deeply woven into who I am.”
“When I was 12, I went on a trip to Alaska with my grandparents. It was my first time away from home without my parents. A week into the trip, I came down with severe pneumonia and ended up in the hospital. My grandmother stayed right by my side the entire time. Once I recovered, we extended the trip so we could still explore Alaska together and make the most of the experience.”
“At one stop, my grandmother found a gold nugget necklace that she loved. The nuggets only went halfway around the chain, but she thought it was beautiful. My grandfather bought it for her, and she wore it almost every day. Later in the trip, we stopped at another store and she saw the necklace she had truly been dreaming of. It had gold nuggets all the way around and was handmade. My grandfather bought her that one too, and I still remember how her face lit up.”
“After she passed, she left both necklaces to me. I wear the first one every day now. For this photo shoot, I wore the special one, the necklace she saved for meaningful occasions. It was my way of bringing her into this next chapter of my life and honoring her role in my story.”
She adds, “Lisa noticed the necklace during our shoot and gently asked about it. I shared the story with her, and it brought up a wave of emotion. She held that moment with such care and captured the tears in my eyes as I remembered my grandmother.”
“It felt like everything came together… the past, the present, the story I’ve lived, and the future I’m stepping into.”

A story about This Bag
Juli shares, “For years, I was a single mom just trying to keep everything together. Money was tight and every decision was about making sure my kids had what they needed. When my first marriage ended, I remember my ex-husband laughing and saying, “You’ll never make it without me.” That moment lit something in me. It gave me a level of determination I didn’t even know I had. I was going to prove to myself, to him, and to my kids, that I could not only make it, but thrive.”
“I’ve worked incredibly hard to get where I am today. I never really splurged on myself. I had never owned a designer bag or anything like that. Every extra dollar always went back into the business or toward my family.”
She continues, “A few years ago at Christmas, my husband bought our daughter her first designer bag. I casually mentioned that I had never owned one myself. Not long after, he surprised me with a Coach bag of my own. It was thoughtful, simple, and meaningful. That bag is now my laptop bag. I carry it everywhere.”
“To someone else, it might look like just a bag. But to me, it’s a reminder. It represents how far I’ve come, how hard I’ve worked, and how important it is to pause and recognize the wins along the way. It’s a symbol of allowing myself to be proud, to celebrate, and to know that I’ve earned every bit of the life I have now.”

At the Waterfront & Stable: Brand Photographer for Podcasters
Juli says, “The stable and the waterfront are two of the most grounding places in my life. Being at the stable with Simba is where everything slows down. There’s no pressure, no noise, just connection. Working with him reminds me to lead with calm and clarity. He responds to trust, and that mirrors how I run my business too.”
“The waterfront is where I reconnect with myself. I walk down to the water every day, whether it’s to reflect, pray, or just breathe. It reminds me of the bigger picture. It helps me stay centered when life moves fast.”
“Capturing both in this shoot was powerful. They’re not just locations. They’re a reflection of the life I’ve built and what matters most to me.”

At the End of the day
Juli smiles, “At the end of the session, I felt beautiful and powerful in a way that caught me by surprise. It was more than a photo shoot, it was a reconnection with myself. I don’t think I had ever truly paused long enough to reflect on all the parts of who I am. We get so caught up in the day-to-day that it’s easy to forget what we stand for, what matters most, and how far we’ve come.”
“This experience helped me see that the parts of my life I once saw as separate are actually what make me whole. My story, my work, my values, my family, my love for nature and quiet moments… they’re all connected. And they’re all part of what makes me who I am.”
“Thank you, Lisa, for holding space for that reflection and for capturing it so beautifully. I appreciate you more than words can say.”
