Scott saw the girl of his dreams walk through the door at Subway– he offered her a broken cookie- she did not accept.  A few years later, he offered her an engagement ring– luckily, she did accept.  Scott is my neighbor, brother-in-law and goober extraordinaire ;)– he is also head over heels in love with Amber.  They are joyful, spontaneous and light-hearted.  Enjoy!
