As a business branding photographer, my mission is to create a personalized ‘photo bank’ of unique, eye-catching images. Their personal Photo Bank speaks to the authentic attributes, strengths, and stories of each business. Businesses use this photo bank to easily fill their visual content needs, with professional, recognizable photos & a streamlined aesthetic. I take the time to get to know each business and brainstorm with them, walking them through the process. My work has been seen in everything from magazines to billboards, and business cards to Instagram reels.
West Chester Orthodontist, Dr. Ferrell, hired me to refresh her branding photography for her website, social media, and beyond! I made sure to give her a wide variety of photos that would convey her bright, fun, comfortable office and staff to future clients. Here are just a few of the results from her session…
Why Rhinehart Photography?
Christine smiles, “I seriously could not wait for our session! We spent a lot of time brainstorming everything from ideas to outfits to timing. Lisa is seriously the most creative person I know!”
Christine laughs, “I knew her ‘before she was famous.’ We graduated together and I remember back in our high school and college days when she would pose us and our friends. The photos she takes now are still just as creative!”
The New Building
Dr. Ferrell says, “I wanted a space for our patients to feel comfortable in. A space where they can feel at ease when they visit our office. Our exam chairs for our new patients swivel and rock making them fun to sit in. We have a worktable for parents and families who are waiting on the patient so they can stay connected. Little ones can brighten up their day with fun stickers to take home.”
She continues, “We have taken our ‘hydration station’ to a new level and have a really awesome machine that makes fantastic coffee and hot chocolate and also iced tea, cold brew, hot tea, infused water, and flavored coffee.”
Christine smiles, “The office is spacious and bright with some fun lighting and beautiful big windows to look out of. We also have my favorite color teal placed around the office to make it pop!”
Meet The Team
Not only do Dr Ferrells’ staff members use state-of-the-art tools in a brand-new building; but they are also friendly, caring, approachable, professional kind, and true team players. It was incredibly important for me to bring those elements out during her staff photography part of the session.
Dr. Ferrell beams, “I have the best team ever! There is no way I could do this without them. They are so dedicated and work really hard to produce the best results. You should see them at our morning meetings, they always start the day off with laughter! Every day presents a new opportunity to brighten the smiles of our community, and my team is always 100% committed to patient care, safety, and satisfaction.”
The Orthodontist: Christine
Christine shares, “I love all types of art. Soon I’ll be featuring local artists on one of the walls and a mural on another. The pre-orthodontic smile is my canvas where I do my artistic work, there is nothing more rewarding than a patient’s smile at the end of treatment.”
Content Creation for Social Media
As a business branding photographer, my goal is to capture a variety of images for social media, websites, and beyond! I create a personalized photo bank of unique, authentic, eye-catching images that speak to the attributes, strengths, and story of each business. Businesses use this Photo bank to easily fill any of their visual content needs, with a recognizable streamlined aesthetic. I take the time to get to know each business and brainstorm with them and walk them through the process. My work has been in everything from magazines to billboards, and business cards to Instagram reels.
I brought up everything from her Hip-Hop dancing to ‘Rhythm Nation’ at our junior high talent show, her being so happy in her new space, the way she easily smiles and laughs, her presence on social media, and even the multiple awards hanging on her wall.
She laughs, “Yes, I have been very blessed to be voted by my peers and patients as top orthodontist several years in a row.“
Client Experience
Dr Ferrell says, “We have the opportunity to work with patients of all ages. The American Association of Orthodontists recommends that kids are seen by age 7 to make sure they are screened for normal development and to make sure there is no pathology. Our exam is complimentary, and about 15% of patients that age 7 to 9 need interceptive care such as stopping a thumb habit or developing their skeletal structure- not necessarily braces.”
She continues, “Many of the parents that bring in their children also become our patients too. They frequently ask questions about themselves when they are at their child’s or teen’s appointment. We welcome that as we treat patients of all ages and I have the additional three years of orthodontic residency training to even help the most complex adult cases.”
Staff: Serious & Silly
Christine says, “We wanted a modern, bright space that reflects our ethos. Bright space and bright smiles! We’ve invested in the most advanced and modern technology to maximize patient outcomes. Our environment reflects the smiles that we create and the confidence we instill in our patients.”
While we took traditional photos, each staff member brought a fun prop that represented them to take a photo with. It was so fun to see what each person brought! It might be done as a hover-over on the website or as content on social media and fun facts that might interest clients.
Family Fun
Even more fun, on a personal level I have known these two since they were teenagers. And Steve was one of my very best friends and my bus buddy before we had driver’s licenses. We were in high school musicals together, and I remember visiting him and Christine separately at that point in freshman year at Penn State. How incredible that they are married and have three kids!
Christine shares, “I just love how the family photos turned out! I love how you wanted to incorporate the kids’ personalities and interests into their pictures and you captured it beautifully.”
Stephen, Christine’s husband, smiles, “As an exceptionally good-looking person, it is often difficult to find a photographer that makes me look even better, yet you achieved this.”
