Thanks so much for your kind words, Jhoan & Paige! I spend time with each of my couples creating a realistic wedding day timeline, so they can enjoy as close to a ‘no stress day’ as possible. That is part of why my couples are so comfortable and confident in their photos. I help them with that well before the wedding day, so on the day of they can have fun, and be themselves while also getting all the photos that they want, too!

Paige shares, “We chose our wedding venue, for its enchanting Grotto in autumn, creating a magical ceremony setting. The various areas like the grounds of the Omni Bedford Springs Resort added to the charm. I was most excited to experience the intimate moments in the Grotto and the grand celebration in the ballroom. Your attention to detail captured these spaces beautifully!”
To see Bedford Springs in the fall like this is always such a treat! I love this venue personally, and have celebrated many special occasions here myself, from birthdays to anniversaries…. I am so thankful to be a creative Omni wedding photographer and preferred vendor here at the Omni! I have also worked at other Omni venues including the Omni Shoreham in Washington DC.

Prepping with Paige
Paige’s bridal prep room was so fun! It was full of decorations from the Bachelorette party that happened at the Omni Bedford Springs Resort the night before! I loved incorporating such fun details into their photos, and having the chance to do so! You have to check out the straws, haha! Also, her bridal boots were the perfect touch!
She’s so Pretty!
Jhoan smiles, “Paige is very pretty, I fell for her eyes the moment I saw her!” I have no doubt: gorgeous!!
Paige adds, “My mom is one of my best friends, and having her support is incredibly important to me.”
Grooming the Groom
Here Jhoan prepares for his first look with his sister and mother‘s help. They are so excited, such a proud moment! Jhoan’s best man, AJ, was also friends with Jhoan and Paige since high school. You can see how happy he is for two of his closest friends to be tying the knot….
Fall First Look
Paige laughs, “We aren’t dressy people, so it was fun seeing us looking all fancy!”

Vogue + a Twist(er)
Many of my couples asked me to photograph styled portraits with them, these look close to the set, an alert to the portraits in magazines, so I called on those Vanity Fair/GQ… I had had them all set up for their shot and a huge gust of wind came in! They rolled with it and laughed! I felt like it was such a perfect representation of them and their friends’ fun, carefree attitudes…
The Sweetest Ceremony
The closeness of the families and couple were palpable! And it was such a treat for me to be able to capture these candid, authentic moments on camera! Their vows were personal and filled with inside jokes. Their parents were a huge help with the wedding…
Shots All Around!!
They laughed together, “We were big on incorporating liquor!” Rather than having flower girls, they had Liquor Ladies, and everyone did a shot with them at the end of the ceremony!
I loved the group “shot” 😉 at the end… if it’s your thang’ I highly recommend it!! It added such a fun vibe to the end of ceremony large group shot!

Traditional Photos, too!
As a creative Omni Wedding Photographer, I’m confident capturing unique, shots and angles. I also make sure to photograph the traditional photos as well. Mom now has a perfect photo for the mantle, and so do you!
Jhoan smiles, “We met in high school and we were best friends for a while until we found ourselves in a relationship. We never had an “ah-ha” moment; it just happened naturally.”
Authentic Moments
While capturing both unique and traditional portraits is part of my work as a creative Omni wedding photographer, I spend most of my time capturing candid moments like this one.
A lot of my couples say, “I can’t be photogenic like this!” And a lot of what I do is build a relationship with you, get to know you to help you be comfortable in front of my camera and I’m also there to pull some creative ideas out if need be. But honestly, give me two people who are in love and I’m pretty good to go 🙂
