As a wedding photographer I’ve had the pleasure of witnessing some pretty great wedding ideas from very creative brides and planners. Everything from little homemade jam jar favors that read “spread the love” to elegant bouquets of exotic flowers and even touching ways of remembering a loved one in the ceremony even though they can not physically be there. I have only pinned items from a few weddings, but will pin more if people seem to like it and find it useful. Please feel free to click here and see it for yourself! Be sure to “repin” the ideas and photos that you like!

Elegant, classic and fun– Amie & Dave’s wedding day included a timeless setting and attire as well as a fantastic reception that featured both the Jewish traditional Hora (chair dance) set to the Hava Nagila and the Polish Wedding dance (shots and all!). The wedding guests and attendants were amazingly spontaneous and fun-loving, it was an absolute pleasure to photograph this wedding at the Bent Creek Country Club.
Kathleen & Jeff had a true party atmosphere complete with a party bus, signature drinks and a live orchestra, but also very intimate moments with family members and friends that I’m sure neither of them will ever forget. Even I get a little emotional when I think of her Uncles walking her down the isle.
Elaine and Matthew’s wedding was one of simple elegance and natural beauty, something you may have expected if you saw their country engagement photos.
They roasted marshmallows in fire pits to create s’mores, held a roving rendition of the traditional polish wedding dance and had an actual stuffed moose observing their unique cocktail hour which included a chef sautéing over an open flame, a mashed potato bar, sushi and more.
Katie & Jerry’s wedding blended bright colors, fun-loving friends & family, elegance and emotion– all on the hottest day of the year. Check it out:
Two wedding ceremonies united these lovely families at the beautiful Stroudsmoor Inn. The hindi ceremony incorporated colorful garlands, rich traditions and ornate attire, both ceremonies brought joy & laughter to the couple and their guests —all with the serene backdrop of the Pocono mountains at Woodsgate, an ideal setting for this Lehigh Valley wedding.
This whimsical outdoor wedding incorporated beautiful organic details and honored the Spirit in which they were drawn together with laughter, tears and joy. They have a great sense of humor and a sincere affection for each other that will continue for many years to come. Enjoy!
